Refund and Cancel Policy for Marketplace

Do not end your Marketplace plan until you know for sure when your new coverage starts. Once you end Marketplace coverage, you cannot re-enroll until the next annual Open Enrollment Period unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. Your termination can take effect as soon as the day you cancel, or you can set the Marketplace coverage end date to a day in the future — like if you know your new coverage will start on the first day of the following month.

Refund and Cancel Policy for Short Term Insurance

If you want to cancel or request refund your short-term health insurance from UnitedhealthOne, please mail, email or telephone 800-474-4467 your request. Cancellation will be effective as of the date you call to cancel or the paid to date. If the cancellation date is prior to the paid to date, the unused portion of the premium will be refunded.

Refund and Cancel Policy for Humana Dental and Vision

You can cancel your Humana dental or vision plan any time before the plan’s effective date or within 7 days of receiving your enrollment verification letter. If there is overpaid premium, Humana will automatically refund the premium within 10 business days. The most effective way is contact Humana Customer Care at 800-285-7197.
